JLG Inc is a $2Billion turnover US manufacturer of specialist vehicles including aerial platforms. In 2004 the previous web design company ceased trading and they looked to find a company that could support their European operations in France, Germany, Holland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the Czech Prepublic.
INDEZ developed a new secure extranet and supply chain system to manage their hundreds of different types of brochures, flyers, videos etc - all in different languages. The items are printed and held as stock. JLG offices throughout Europe are then able to order stock and have it delivered.
The Extranet maintains a stock control database and includes complex rules for sign-off procedures and multi-channel delivery. The system also includes a streaming server function for the direct delivery of high-resolution video material. The system also includes the production of management reports.
