This involved the development of a new set of branding along with a styling that reflected its high reputation, reassuring and confident diligence and management all combined with a new and modern approach that needed to be reflected by the website.

Once the brand had been defined, an appropriate set of domain names were registered to ensure brand protection and correct territory coverage. Although the brand has been defined as "Parador Invest" where www.paradorinvest.com is the core online brand, the domain is launched using the hyphenated parador-invest.com domain so as to ensure maximum exposure for the word "invest" on search engines.

To ensure that Parador is able to maintain its sector reputation, the company has decided to incrementally grow the new business channel by taking a sharp focus on a limited number of investments that meet Parador's exacting standards. In the first instance, this will be limited to property investments in Berlin and Istanbul.
