Rooms You Love is a new business that sells themed children's bedding and matching bedroom furniture for boys, girls and babies. The target focus are parents who want the effort taken out of choosing all the various components of bedroom design such as beds, bedding, chairs, wardrobes, curtains, etc whilst providing something that is a little bit different from that found in the more popular stores. Rooms You Love makes use of a number of expert designers to coordinate different items to provide rooms with harmony that look great and are fun for kids too.

The company undertook extensive research to source a wide range of items and to negotiate to achieve large discounts that could be passed on to customers.

Photography

On the Internet, products are not available to be seen directly. Also, it can sometimes be difficult to understand exactly how an item of furniture will work inside a room. To address these problems, roomsyoulove commissioned a leading photographer to take a large number of high quality professional photographs of each of the items in situ – in a complete bedroom where a potential customer will gain a clear understanding about how it will end up for them.

Whilst some webshops make use of small photographs, Rooms You Love have, on every occasion, made use of large photographs that can be seen using a "focus of attention" application that allows users to gain a clear impression of what the item will look like.

INDEZ worked with the client to train them up in how to crop, re-size and upload product images to the website. This work included introducing them to tools that are able to batch convert images so making efficient use of time.
