The company is well known throughout Scotland and has a significant mail-order business throughout the UK where customers use them to secure difficult to find toys or specialised items such as particular types of professional juggling balls.

Athough the company had always focused on traditional ways of trading, networking and marketing it's products, by 2006, there was a clear recognition that its customer base were making increasing use of the Internet to research areas and to source products. It was decided to develop a website where people would be able to buy from the company's massive range of stock.
